Shipping Methods and Timeframes

We ship through UPS and USPS. We always choose standard shipping unless the client pays for expedited shipping. Please note that the estimated delivery timeframes are provided by the carrier and may be subject to unforeseen delays, such as weather conditions.

 

Order Processing Time

Due to the nature of custom commissions, the processing time may vary depending on the complexity of the order and the current order volume.

 

For prints and other artwork, please allow 7-10 business days for the order to be processed and shipped.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping is included in the cost for custom commissions sized 8x10 and under. Larger commissions will be charged shipping and will see the price as part of the estimate.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number or a link to track your shipment. This allows you to monitor the progress of your package in transit and estimate its expected delivery date. Please note that it may take some time for the tracking information to be updated by the carrier.

 

Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information at the time of placing the order. Please double-check the shipping address provided to ensure proper delivery. We are not responsible for any delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

 

Shipping Damage and Loss

We take great care in packaging and protecting your order to minimize the risk of damage during transit. However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact us IMMEDIATELY upon receipt and provide photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. In the case of a lost package, please reach out to us, and we will assist you in tracking it or initiating a claim with the shipping carrier, if necessary.
